I've been wanting to do something like this for a while but never got round to it. So:
 
Floral bands: Very vintage and trés stylish.
 
Flowing dresses: Like I said, hippies + flowers = Flower Power! These dresses are perfect, maybe go for pastel colors for the fairy feel.
 
Sandals!: A perfect way of tying this look up, I recommend beige ones!

Floral Dresses: For me, spring is all about showing your feminine side, and floral dresses definitely show that.
 
Peach lipstick: A soft pink gloss/lipstick seals the deal.
 
Pastel colored shoes: You don't want the shoes to stand out more than the dress and make-up so use pastel colors to tie the outfit together.
